2. Hosting and technical delivery

This website is hosted through IONOS Deploy Now. When you visit, technically necessary data is transmitted to the hosting service, including the requested page or file, access time, referrer, browser type and version, operating system, device type and IP address. Processing is necessary to deliver the website and maintain its security and stability. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the technical operation and security of the website.

3. Visitor statistics

IONOS Deploy Now generates visitor statistics from server requests. It does not set or read cookies for this purpose. According to IONOS, the IP address transmitted with a page request is anonymised immediately after transmission and then processed without direct personal reference. Statistics may include the requested page, time, referrer, browser, operating system and device, as well as an approximate location derived from the anonymised IP address.

4. Contact by email

If you email us, we process the information you provide, particularly your name, email address, any company and contact details, and the content of your message. We use this information to handle your enquiry and for subsequent business communication. Depending on the enquiry, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps or contract) or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries).

5. Cookies and external services

The website itself does not set cookies and uses no external marketing, analytics or tracking services. It contains no contact form, embedded third-party content or externally loaded fonts. Clicking an email link opens your own email application.

6. Recipients and retention

IONOS processes technical access data as our hosting provider. Email service providers involved in transmission also process data when you email us. Personal data is processed only for as long as necessary for its purpose or as required by statutory retention obligations. The precise retention of hosting data depends on the settings and terms of the IONOS service used.

7. Your rights
